When dust, oil residue, and a small amount of metal powder can be seen on the filter element, it can be said that both the machine and the oil are in normal condition. If the filter element visibly turns black or yellow, please check the total acid value. |

2. The situation where a large amount of metal powder accumulates on the surface |
When there is a large amount of metal powder on the filter element, it is caused by the wear of the same components as the metal. Please check it as soon as possible. |

3. Cracks appear on the surface of the filter element (very soft when used with fingers) |
It can be considered that a large amount of water has been mixed into the oil. Please check the moisture content, investigate the cause, and repair it before use. |

The filter element is saturated, please replace it as soon as possible. |

5. The sinking of the filter element |
The reason is that the pressure inside the oil filter is too high. Please check the connection and pressure on the outlet side. When the filter element feels soft, excessive water has been mixed in. |

6. The overall size of the filter element becomes smaller |
Due to the capture of oil pollutants exceeding the allowable amount, the pressure inside the oil filter has increased, causing deformation of the filter element. Please replace the filter element as soon as possible |
